Amazing Crusted Healthy Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Salmon 
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Panko
  • 1 small bunch Cilantro
  • Dash of Thyme, Basil, Black Pepper

Directions:  

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Chop up Cilantro finely 
  3. Combine Panko with the seasonings and Cilantro in a bowl
  4. In another bowl combine Light Mayo and Dijonnaise 
  5. Coat the Salmon in the mayo mixture and the coat with the seasoned panko 
  6. Place on a non stick baking sheet 
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, after the first 10 minutes flip over. 

Nutrition: 

  • 8 Points Plus
  • 440 Calories
