
My ULTIMATE green smoothie recipe! Literally it is my favorite green smoothie ever!
Recipe:
- 1 handful spinach & kale
- frozen: blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mango
- 1 organic banana
- 1 tbsp extra virgin organic coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp superfruit blend (acai, pomegranate & goji powder)
- 1 tsp camu powder
- 1/2 cup flaxmilk
- 1/2 cup lowfat probiotic smoothie
Directions:
- Just mix all in your favorite blender (mine is the nutribullet)
This is PACKED with nutrients and tastes amazing! I have this every morning for breakfast

Glowing Skin Energy Drink!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 scoop perfect food powder
- 4 oz 100% pure apple juice
- 4 oz lemon (or plain) cold water
Directions:
- Just mix them all together and chug it down !

Agave Nectar:Has anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties.
Apple Cider Vinegar:Too many to list so read for yourself here!
Perfect Food Powder:Includes a ton of greens, beta carotene, vitamin c, spirulina, algae, probiotics, chlorella + a bunch more superfoods.

I have been drinking this for about 3 weeks every morning and have seen an enormous change in my skin. It has cleared up blemishes and has made my skin glow. Also it gives me a great energy boost without a crash. The taste can be hard to get used to but just chug it down and enjoy the benefits!
Stocked up on stuff at whole foods just now! And the semester is officially over which means I can dedicate my summer to get fit and healthy :)
